1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–12 business days
Please note: These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier partner issues, or public holidays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
4. Undelivered Packages
If our courier partner is unable to deliver the package after repeated attempts, it may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for re-shipment, for which additional shipping charges may apply.
