At ORIGINAL HAIR WIG, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have a transparent return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

1. Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • In its original, unopened, and sealed packaging with all original tags, labels, and protective nets intact.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Products that have been opened, used, tried on, or altered will not be accepted for return.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, email us at info@originalhairwig.com with your Order ID and clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@originalhairwig.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

🚚 The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special discounts
